Thank goodness that we are done with taxes. It is our first year doing our own taxes with TurboTax (after having a bad accountant experience last year). I have unresponsibly left most of the work to my husband, who had to slave through the program and understand what on earth the IRS is asking for. The instructions from IRS are awfully vague.Fortunately he seemed to have done everything right at the end (we are keeping our fingers crossed.) But it left us really perplexed and frustrated. If in the old days, people revolted for the lack of food, why shouldn't we revolt for such lack of information and transparaency of the tax system?
